Very unprofessional, staff used inappropriate language while conversing and was very rude to deal with. Vehicle was not up to code when rented and not repaired in time for the actual day of usage. Will not do business with again.
This place was absolutely terrible, Had a deposit on a van and was due to pick it up at 9:00 am to leave for vacation. Was told someone would be there to assist us at 9:00 am. Waited until 9:40 am and nobody showed up to help us. Had to cancel the van and go somewhere else. Needless to say we were behind with our vacation plans and had to go an hour out of our way. Thank You Priceless for your courtesy and professionalism. We will be sure not to refer you to anyone.
