Not much negative to say about this place. Great selection of skis, boots, boards, and outerwear. But the thing that stood out was customer service. I went in with an issue with my boots that I needed fixing; I thought I needed custom liners. The boot fitter showed me the issue, fixed it, and said I that I did not need to purchase anything, and I was good to go. When I tried to tip him for his time, he said it was fine, and that is what the shop is here for. You just don't see that kind of loyalty at ski shops anymore. I am very impressed and you will be too.
Great selection, friendly staff. They price matched a pair of skiis that they had in stock to a sale online- always nice to purchase local for the best price possible! They had an amazing winter coat sale happening in the back (I was here in July) including a coat I had just purchased a few months ago for a much higher price! Next time I need a coat I will definitely get it here over summer. Lots of kids coats on sale as well. Great little shop with high end gear- Glad I stopped by!
The team here has great knowledge about the equipment they sell. They take whatever time is needed to properly match skis, etc. to the skier.
The Staff knows what they are talking about. They remounted my binding and did a custom fit my boots all same day.
