On behalf of a few locals and myself included, we have not had the most pleasurable experiences with Lake Placid Flower Co. & Owner.
I will never be able to say enough about how beautiful the flowers were for my daughter's wedding. Lisa captured exactly what my daughter was hoping for in every arrangement as well as the bride and bridesmaid's bouquets. Everything was perfect! Lisa and her staff do an amazing job!

Mostly buds and leaves, the ones that came budded died in less than a week. Also called the recipient beforehand and said happy birthday (not their birthday), and other peculiarities. Not worth $100, could get the same for $20 from a bigger company and it would last longer and look nicer.
I cannot say enough positive things about this place. My wedding flowers and vendor were absolutely gorgeous because of this vendor, and my experience was the absolute BEST from start to finish. Beautiful flowers, personable staff, flexibility, and they definitely went above and beyond. The owner even provided suggestions to other local vendors as well, which was so helpful. Highly recommended!! They are the best in town by far!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lake Placid Flower & Gift. Lisa and her staff create beautiful arrangements - not your run of the mill Teleflora stuff. I always send my clients flowers arranged here -- but of course, I'm happiest when I'm on the receiving end!
Lake Placid NY : Being the tourist attraction town that it is. They're Very unwelcoming. They don't have the greatest customer service skills , decency & respect to maintain a proper, & punctual business.
10/10 have said : "poor customer service, cannot meet customers requirements " and "will not exceed expectations. " " Over expensive, & bad quality ." . "Your flowers will be dead in two days, if they weren't dead already. " "We'll be recommending Price Chopper, to our guests & customers from now on."
