They've got cool Adirondack stuff in here. I've seen some customized stuff that you can only really get here like certain posters and shirts. Goes well with the town. A lot of the stuff is overpriced however.
My family and I went into the store today (8/15/17) and my grandpa had health issues while in the store. The store manager was extremely helpful. He got my grandpa a chair to sit in, refilled his water bottle at least 5 times, and once my grandpa felt better (after about 45 minutes) he helped my grandpa walk to the car. He went over and beyond to help my family. Very helpful young man! Thank you again.
I visit Lake Placid frequently with my family and we have previously always loved this store. However.......I was in the store on 8/4/17 with my sister and my goddaughter. We had an encounter with the store owner and to keep a long story short, she was extremely unprofessional and rude to us. We put our purchases down and left the store immediately and have no intention of ever going back. I suggest you save your money and go to Amazon to buy her overpriced, "Made in China" merchandise.

What a great place to have right on main street tons of fun gifts souvenirs and just intriguing cool items. Very friendly staff and well priced product also. If you have kids it's the store for you.
