I rented from Coldwell Banker Lake Placid for Ironman. The condo what not as advertised. It was extremely small not even worth half the price. It said it was one block from the course and was more like 4. I completely cleaned the house when I left and as of now 4 weeks later i still havent received my $500 deposit back which they demanded I pay in full 6 weeks before the race. No one there returns call. Its very difficult to get a hold of them now. I wouldnt EVER rent from them again
