I feel Chris the owner lacks integrity, ethics and the ability to hold his word as final. I will never return to Main Line Auto. Not only was I taken advantage of but I was treated very rudely. I recommend you go anywhere else.
The owner Chris, is a complete con artist. Chris will give a date when he will have the vehicle done, and he will then proceed to go over that date multiple times with no reasonable excuses. He will then charge you more than what he said the final price would be with no excuse other than "do you know how much work I have put into this car?". Chris assured me that my brakes were an 8 hour job. Took him 12, No reasonable excuse. Then gave me real attitude when I asked questions.
I come here every time I need help with the car. I call them and make an appointment. They are always at service. Thank you so much!! My baby and I really appreciate your job! ❤
Chris is my lovely, local mechanic. You can trust him to treat you with respect and do good work. He's a swell guy!
