The ladies running this place are fabulous! They helped out our school with their dryers, and let us make sandwiches and eat lunch! Truly appreciated by Mandala students and staff!
Dropped off my husbands suit on a Monday that he needed to wear on Saturday. We were told it would be ready to be picked up that Thursday. When he went to get it, it wasn't there but he was promised it would be ready on Saturday morning in time for the event he needed it for. On Saturday, when he went to go get it, he was told it hadnt arrived and it would be there Tuesday (8 days after dropping it off). Needless to say, he had to buy an entire new outfit since his suit wasn't ready even though it was guaranteed to be there in time. When he finally had his suit back in his hands, he asked to be compensated as he had to wait 8 days and had to put out money for a new outfit. He was told he could get his shirt and tie for free but was still charged $40 for the suit. RIDICULOUS!! Don't use this dry cleaning service if you need your clothes back in a timely manner even if they guarantee it.
Wonderful service. I came in and , because of my unfamiliarity with laundromats, put a dollar coin in each washer and started filling with clothing. By the time I was done the machine had reset to the full price and I was out my dollar (x2). The very nice manager refunded me 2 dollars on my word. Wow. Thank you.
OMG, what great customer service! If you happen to go during the core day time business hours you'll be more than pleasantly surprised by the folks that work there. Smiles on their faces, willing to answer questions, and even assist with any stupid user; like the one that put the soap in the fabric softener dispenser!! Yes, that would be me ;o}. These folks are beyond great! OH and the machines you ask? They've got: Largest, Large, Medium, and regular washing machines and huge dryers! So, you'll be able to wash even the largest comforters! Coin machine available, so no worries there. Great place, clean, and convenient. Location is good for those of you that need to run errands between loads: grocery store, Marshalls, Sports store, and wine and beverages store. Sweet! So, if you've got to do laundry, then this is THE place to do it! Thanks guys, you rock!
