Good food, we got to try only two crepes on the menu but they were delicious. There were a lot of choices of crepes both sweet and savory. Prices were good and not too much of a wait.
My two 18 year old sons and I ate here today 11/27/17 and were blown away by the quality and reasonable prices. Best place we’ve eaten in Lake Placid since we arrived the day after thanksgiving. Try one of the circled sandwiches. You won’t be disappointed!
I've eaten here for-here, to-go, savory, sweet, sandwich, and panini. All were excellent, made fast and well even when they were busy, DELICIOUS! When they're not too busy, the dining room is a nice, chill space to work or just sit and people watch.
Big Mountain Deli is a very busy place with lots of sandwich options ranging from breakfast-oriented to well-rounded meals. Every time I have eaten here, the food had been fantastic. The wait isn't too long, the staff is very friendly and able to list ingredients in nearly everything, and the bread options are especially yummy. The seating area is a bit small and tiny, so you may need to wait for a table during busy hours, but takeout is always an option. I highly recommend here for lunch.
I like the fact they have gluten free bread available. Very good sandwiches. I got the number 1 Marcy with gluten free bread. Very good! I also came back later on for the Cobble Mountain salad. Very good as well! I will definitely come back.
