We had an awesome stay. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect, we parked our car and we were able to walk every where we wanted to go. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, especially Jason who worked evenings, and the cleaning stay.

Lovely hotel situated in a beautiful spot in Lake Placid. I arrived with my daughter and the front staff especially Mr. Trace Fischer was extremely friendly and very helpful during our stay. The rooms were lovely and the surroundings were magnificent. Not far from the Village which was thoroughly enjoyed.
They also need a new AC unit.. our room was at 68 degrees in 20 degree weather and it still felt like it was 80 degrees in the room, and also THEIR BREKFAST BUFFET SUCKS! HOW CAN YOU MESS UO BREKFAST?!?! 1. I found hair in my potatoes and 2. The eggs were horrible there was egg mixture at the bottom just sitting there with the eggs decently cooked.. DO NOT STAY HERE AND GET REGGIE FIRED!!!!
